Terms of Use

1. Services and Scope

Cloud Storage Connect is a Salesforce-integrated service used to connect cloud storage providers, sync files and metadata, manage storage subscriptions, and run configured automations.

• The Services may include free and paid tiers, add-ons, managed storage, and optional AI processing features.
• Optional RAIN OS integrations are separate capabilities and may be governed by additional terms where presented.
• Features may vary by edition, subscription status, connected provider, and org configuration.

2. License and Acceptable Use

GetReal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for internal business purposes during your active subscription.

• You may not resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized third-party access.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• You must use the Services in compliance with applicable laws and Salesforce platform requirements.

3. Your Data and Permissions

• You retain ownership of your Salesforce records, files, and related data.
• You are responsible for selecting what data is synced, where it is stored, and who has access.
• You represent that you have all required rights and permissions to process the data you connect.
• You are responsible for Salesforce profile, permission set, and sharing model decisions in your org.

4. Integrations and Third Parties

The Services depend on third-party platforms and APIs, including Salesforce and cloud storage providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, throttling, or failures in third-party systems.

If you enable optional integrations (including AI, messaging, or communication tools), your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's terms and policies.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

• Paid features require an active subscription and current payment method.
• Trials, discounts, and promotional terms apply only as displayed at purchase time.
• Add-ons may bill separately from base plans.
• You are responsible for all charges incurred by users in your account or org.

6. Security and Availability

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect service infrastructure and credentials. No service can be guaranteed to be fully secure or uninterrupted.

• You must keep admin access, API credentials, and connected accounts secure.
• You are responsible for backup and recovery planning for your business operations.
• Service availability may be impacted by maintenance, provider limits, incidents, or force majeure events.

7. AI and Automation Outputs

If AI or automation features are enabled, outputs may be probabilistic and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outcomes as appropriate for your use case.

You are also responsible for legal compliance for any communications or actions performed in your environment using the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

GetReal and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, documentation, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETREAL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

GETREAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetReal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material breach of these Terms.

• Upon termination, access to paid features may end immediately or at period end based on plan terms.
• You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination.
• Data handling after termination follows our Privacy Policy and applicable contracts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are effective when posted. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
